Shipping & Customer Service
We offer free shipping on all UK orders when you spend £200. If you spend under there is a flat rate of £6.50 for your order (applies to UK orders only, International orders are subject to other shipping charges which will be calculated at checkout).
It depends on where you are based. All our orders have a processing period of which will take 1-7 working days from the date of purchase. After this period, shipping times can be anywhere from 1-10 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with the ability to track your order.
We aim to respond to our customers within a 72 hour window. At times our messages can be delivered to our spam inbox but we work fast to respond to all enquires within a reasonable time frame.
Discount
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Hair maintenance
Yes! All our units can be bleached and coloured to your desired look. We do advise, if you would like to colour or bleach your units, please seek advise from a professional as over beaching your hair can cause damage to your hair.
